Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and strategic Area Manager – Life Insurance to lead multiple branch teams and drive business growth across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business operations across multiple branches/locations
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Branch Managers, Sales Managers & Advisors
- Drive life insurance sales through team productivity and customer engagement
- Monitor business metrics, targets, and team performance regularly
- Implement regional strategies for business expansion
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance sales & team handling
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Proven track record of achieving business targets
- Willingness to travel across the region
