We are hiring a dynamic and experienced sales manager to lead sales initiatives, manage a team of advisors, and drive business growth in insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train & develop insurance advisors/agents
• Drive sales of life/general insurance through your team
• Monitor performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Provide field support and conduct joint client visits
• Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance
• Maintain strong customer and team relationships

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (Any stream)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI/insurance sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and relationship-building ability
• Willing to do fieldwork
