Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-orientated Associate Sales Manager to promote insurance sales, develop new business, and manage a team of advisors or agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train insurance advisors or agents
• Drive sales of life/general insurance products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Conduct field visits and client meetings
• Support advisors in closing deals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Any Stream)
• 2+ years of experience in sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork
