We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Associate to identify potential customers, initiate contact, and support the sales team by generating leads and scheduling client meetings. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers interested in a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, messages, and field visits
• Generate and qualify leads for insurance or financial products
• Assist sales managers in client follow-ups and meetings
• Maintain lead databases and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Help improve sales conversion by providing backend and operational support

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and customer-focused
• Basic understanding of sales cycle
