Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the brand presence across assigned areas of Madhya Pradesh.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and customers on the ground
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Demonstrate product features and benefits
Maintain daily sales reports and MIS
Ensure timely collection of payments and handle queries
Execute local promotional campaigns and branding
Report competitor activities and market feedback
Work closely with the Area Sales Manager for coverage planning

Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Fieldwork orientation with knowledge of local geography
Target-driven with ability to work independently
Time management and reporting accuracy
Customer relationship management
