Job Description
Drive marketing activities on-ground to build brand visibility. Plan and execute field campaigns in urban/semi-urban markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily market visits to retailers, wholesalers, or distributors
- Take product orders and ensure timely delivery
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with shop owners
- Report market feedback to the manager
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of field marketing or BTL experience
- Graduation in marketing or any stream preferred
- Good interpersonal & coordination skills
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends if needed
