Job Description
Job Summary:
The role involves visiting local distributors, agents, or retail partners, building strong business relationships, and driving product sales through indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard channel partners (agents, dealers, distributors)
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing channel partners
- Drive sales through the channel by providing product training, marketing support, and joint fieldwork
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Conduct regular visits, meetings, and business reviews with partners
- Collect feedback, resolve partner issues, and ensure end-to-end support
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for smooth execution
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: / Graduate
- 2–3 years of experience in field or channel sales (insurance, telecom, FMCG preferred)
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel across assigned territory
- Owns a two-wheeler with valid driving license
