We are hiring a Banca Sales Officer to drive life insurance sales through branch banking. The role involves working closely with bank staff, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
Build strong relationships with branch managers, staff, and customers.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers.
Ensure policy issuance, documentation, and post-sales support.
Achieve business targets and maintain compliance with company & regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1–4 years of sales experience in BFSI (Banking/Finance/Insurance) preferred.
Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
Target-driven with a proactive approach.
