We are hiring a Banca Sales Officer to manage life insurance business through our partnered bank branches. The role focuses on building customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring smooth servicing of policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers to generate business.
Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Guide customers with product knowledge and assist in policy issuance.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of sales experience in BFSI (Banking/Finance/Insurance) preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to work in a target-driven environment.
