Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to drive sales of health insurance products. Achieve business targets through team performance, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, train, and develop agents/advisors.
– Drive sales of health insurance policies.
– Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
– Support agents in client acquisition and retention.
– Ensure adherence to processes and compliance standards.
Preferred candidate profile :
– Bachelors degree in any discipline.
– 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing Banking, Insurance, Finance
– The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
– Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
– Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
