Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through channel & field sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer & partner relationships.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Guide, support, and motivate the sales team for performance.
  • Ensure market expansion and brand visibility in assigned region.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline).
  • Experience: At least 2 years in Field Sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, etc.).
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
