About the Role:
- As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the bank’s customer base through lead generation, market visits, and client engagement. This role is ideal for freshers who are ambitious, energetic, and eager to build a career in banking sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas.
- Promote bank products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Loans, and Insurance.
- Generate leads through field activities, cold calls, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Report daily sales activities and maintain customer records.
