Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance support to agents.
- Good Communications.
- Team Handling and Leading.
- Strong relationships with clients and agents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in sales/consulting, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a competitive environment.
