Job Role:
The Sales Development Officer is responsible for handling sales and business growth in a specific area. This role includes building and managing teams, guiding them in achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities in the assigned area.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Agents.
- Generate new business leads and grow customer base.
- Support and motivate team members to achieve their targets.
- Achieve area-level sales goals set by the company.
Qualification:
- Graduate (any stream).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing/insurance (preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
