Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
- Train, guide, and motivate agents to improve sales.
- Help agents achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
- Meet clients with agents and support in closing deals.
- Build good relationships with agents and customers.
- Monitor agent performance and share reports with managers.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 2–5 years of sales experience.
- Good leadership and people-handling skills.
- Strong communication and convincing ability.
