Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Location: Rajasthan (Jaipur / Udaipur / Jodhpur / Kota / Ajmer / Other major cities)
Industry: BFSI / Insurance / Channel Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through assigned channel partners (Banking / Agency /  / Broking).
• Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners for consistent business growth.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Train, motivate, and support channel partners to improve productivity.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management.

Requirements:

• Graduate
• 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales (Insurance / Banking / Telecom / FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
