Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives/agents to achieve business targets
- Drive sales growth through new client acquisition and existing customer management
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals
- Monitor performance and provide guidance, motivation, and support to the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Graduate
- 2–7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Target-oriented and willing to travel as per business needs
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
