– Guide them to build their own team of Insurance Advisors
– Drive life insurance sales through a multi-layer distribution model
– Provide training, monitoring, and performance management
– Achieve business targets and ensure team success
Who Can Apply:

– Minimum 4+ years of field sales experience (insurance or BFSI preferred)
