Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team to prospect and qualify leads globally.
– Conduct outbound prospecting via visit, calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
– Identify and engage potential customers in global markets.
– Set meetings with decision-makers and key influencers.
– Learn and understand the company’s product in detail.
– Conduct discoveries identifying customer pain points and requirements.
– Pitch the solution to close deals.
Key Requirements:
– Graduation degree in any field preferred.
– 2-6 years of experience in any sales, marketing or pharma products.
– Hands-on experience with sales tech tools like Sales force, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Confidence, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
