- Experience: 2+ years in Sales & Marketing Field work
We are seeking a target-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our insurance sales team. You will be responsible for building strategies, recruiting and training sales professionals, driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years in sales with at least 6 months in leadership/insurance management
- Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license
