Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Madhya Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Sales / Banking / Insurance / BFSI Sector
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
Visit clients/customers daily for product promotion and sales conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good market knowledge and field sales experience.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
