Position: Sales and Marketing Officer
Location: Guwahati
CTC: Up to 4 LPA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, handling customer queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads provided by the company.

• Convince customers and sell suitable insurance policies.

• Explain policy details and benefits clearly to clients.

• Follow up with clients regularly and set meetings with interested prospects.

• Make effective presentations tailored to clients’ budgets and needs.

• Organize sales visits and maintain proper documentation.

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate (mandatory).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in BFSI/insurance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional and client-focused approach.
