Position: Relationship Manager – Urgent Hiring
Experience: 2+ years in Insurance / Broking / Banking / Financial Sales
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with clients or channel partners
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups
• Provide excellent service and maintain long-term client relationships

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Knowledge of insurance, broking, or financial products

Preference: Local candidates with prior field experience
