Position: Relationship Manager – Rajasthan (Urgent Hiring)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our sales team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BFSI / Insurance / Banking / Financial Services, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while driving business growth.
Job Details:
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Sales / BFSI / Insurance / Banking
Qualification: Any Graduate or above
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Benefits
Location: Across Rajasthan (Jaipur, Udaipur, , Bikaner, , Ajmer, etc.)
Preference: Local candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate insurance/financial solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and referral channels
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and after-sales service
- Maintain accurate MIS and daily activity reports

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Sales and target-driven approach
- Knowledge of insurance or financial products preferred
