Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager from the Health Insurance industry to drive business growth through effective partner management and channel development. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in health insurance sales and the ability to manage and motivate channel partners to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (brokers, agents, and corporate partners).
- Drive sales of health insurance products through assigned channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Recruit, train, and support channel partners to improve productivity.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to plan effective strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a strong brand presence in the local market.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claims support.

- Must have prior experience in Health Insurance sales through channels.
