Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (brokers, agents, and corporate partners).
- Drive sales of health insurance products through assigned channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Recruit, train, and support channel partners to improve productivity.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to plan effective strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a strong brand presence in the local market.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claims support.
Skills & Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in Health Insurance sales through channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
