Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales/marketing
Location: Local candidates only
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors.

• Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct client meetings and field visits.

• Maintain healthy relationships with customers and advisors.

Requirements:

• Graduation mandatory.

• 2+ years of field sales/marketing experience.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Must be local and willing to work 4–5 hours in the field daily.
