Job Description

CTC: ₹3–4 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 2+ years in Field Sales
Location: Local candidates only

Job Role:

• Recruit and activate advisors.

• Support advisors in field sales and closing deals.

• Conduct regular review meetings.

• Drive local market campaigns for lead generation.

Requirements:

• Graduate with good communication skills.

• Minimum 2 years of field experience.

• Should be ready for 4–5 hours of field activity daily.
