Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and achieve sales growth in the Bhopal region. The role involves field visits, lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Meet potential clients and present company products/services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or direct marketing.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
