We are interested in hiring a dedicated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our Sales team. 

Responsibilities and roles: 

• tracking sales goals and giving updates as necessary 

•  Lead your team of people. Motivate and unite the members of your team. With the aid of your team,accomplish your objective. 

• To create a strong advisor base, find and hire the best advisers. 

• The Sales Manager team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their 

•  personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it 

• Concentrate on managing the sales team, expanding geographically, and controlling the spread 

•  working on the ground to attract the most customers 

• Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents 

Desired Candidate Profile: 

• Qualification: Graduate / MBA 

• Experience: 2+ Years in any field sales  

• Two-Wheeler Required
