Position: Area Head – Field Sales

Roles & responsibilities: 

•  Requirement for energetic and diligent Managers for Life Insurance Companies 

• Identify and recruit potential Insurance Advisors 

•  Drive business targets through Advisors 

• Coach advisors for higher productivity, prepare strategy; achieve the target 

• Focus on sales team management, geographic coverage, & managing the spread. 

• Generate leads in the open market.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
