Senior Sales Officer
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a team of insurance executives.
- Train, guide, and motivate advisors to meet sales targets
- Execute market strategies to drive insurance penetration
- Support advisors with lead conversion and customer acquisition
- Conduct field visits, joint sales calls, and regular team reviews
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and recruitment targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- Min. 2 years of sales experience for graduates
- Min. 1 year of experience for postgraduates
- Insurance/BFSI background preferred
- Local market knowledge and own vehicle (for non-metro locations)
