Job Description

Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Roles

  • Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  •  Set up meetings with prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products/services.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  •  Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve results.

Qualification:

  • Graduation is manadatory.
  • Local Candidate hire first.
  • 2+ Years of sales or BFSI Experience required.
  • Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
