Job Description
Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Roles
- Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products/services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve results.
Qualification:
- Graduation is manadatory.
- Local Candidate hire first.
- 2+ Years of sales or BFSI Experience required.
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
