Job Summary:
Sales Manager – BFSI leads a team to sell insurance products, driving revenue growth and achieving business targets. They build strong client relationships and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
Key Roles
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor team performance
- Identify new leads and close deals
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
