Job Description
Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibility:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree is required in any stream
- 2+ Years of sales or BFSI experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
