Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Channel Sales Manager (Agency) to lead and grow the agency insurance business in Banswara. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and manage a productive agency channel.
• Drive life insurance sales through agents and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Provide regular training, motivation, and on-ground support to agents.
• Monitor agent performance and ensure productivity and retention.
• Build strong relationships with customers and local influencers.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Agency Channel (Insurance).
• Proven track record in agent recruitment and team handling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
• Local market knowledge of Banswara/Rajasthan preferred.
