We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow business through channel partners. The role involves partner handling, target achievement, and market expansion through field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint, manage, and motivate channel partners
• Drive sales through distributors and retailers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular field visits and partner meetings
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure proper reporting and coordination with internal teams

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in field sales or channel sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel in assigned territory
