Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead and manage field sales operations. The role involves driving sales growth, managing a team of advisors, and expanding the customer base through field activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit customers in the field and promote company products/services
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Prepare daily activity and sales reports
• Conduct regular fieldwork within the assigned area

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
• Graduation completed (any stream)
• Age: 21 to 40 years
• Must have experience in fieldwork
• Good communication and convincing skills
