Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and performance-driven Sales Officers to manage field sales operations in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, territory management, and achieving assigned sales targets while representing the company professionally in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field and market activities
• Promote company products/services to prospective customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activates

Eligibility Criteria 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing (field experience preferred)
• Education: Graduation is compulsory (any discipline)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
