Field Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Field Executive to strengthen our sales operations in the Jamshedpur region. The role focuses on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Present and promote company products/services effectively
• Conduct regular market visits and gather customer feedback
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare and submit sales performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or field sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
