Field Salesman

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Salesman to support business growth through on-ground and field marketing activities in the Ranchi region. The role focuses on market development, lead generation, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing and promotional activities in the assigned area
• Generate leads through field marketing and local campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business
• Plan and implement branding and visibility activities
• Build relationships with local partners, dealers, and customers
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare and submit regular marketing activity reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation completed in any discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or field marketing
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Willingness to travel within the Ranchi region
