Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, customer acquisition, and business development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Promote company products/services and explain benefits to clients
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of field visits and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Complete Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Field Work
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned location
