- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies
- Support recruitment, training, and development of sales staff
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience in team handling is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a result-driven approach
