Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new sales agents
- Train and support agents to improve sales performance
- Set and monitor sales targets for agents
- Motivate and guide agents to achieve business goals
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and partners
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
