Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base
- Promote additional products/services to active customers
- Achieve monthly sales and cross-sell targets
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Track sales performance and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Graduate / preferred
- Experience in sales, cross-sales, or relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Field sales experience preferred
