Job Description

We are looking to hire an Agency Development Manager for a top life insurance provider.

Positions held and duties assigned:

– Offering clients life insurance plans and continuing customer support.

– Cultivate and preserve connections with important partners and clients; bargain for agreements that will benefit both parties.

– Keep abreast of industry advancements, competitor activity, and market trends in order to spot growth opportunities and maintain an advantage over rivals.

– Oversee the complete sales process, including deal closing, prospecting, and post-closure

– Assistance with sales.

Candidate prerequisite:

– A bachelor’s degree or graduation from any field is required.

– Experience: Two to three years or more, exclusively in insurance sales
