Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to lead and motivate a team of insurance sales agents to reach their sales goals. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and managers for insurance policies. 
• Conduct extensive fieldwork and actively hire new advisors. 
• Set business objectives in collaboration with advisors. 
• Regularly review performance and establish new goals. 
• Drive the sales of life insurance policies through the agency model. 
• Engage in field sales and marketing activities. 

Qualification & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree required. 
• Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing, any sector. 
• 3+ Year residential or Native.
