Job Description
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading a group of sales executives, driving team performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through effective planning and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor field and sales activities
- Support team members in closing deals and handling customers
- Track sales performance and prepare daily and monthly reports
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues
- Coordinate with management for target planning and reviews
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales
- Prior team handling experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
