Job Summary:
The Sales and Insurance Manager is responsible for driving insurance sales, managing the sales team or agents, and achieving business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow insurance sales
- Recruit, train, and manage sales agents
- Achieve sales targets and business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support the team in closing insurance policies
- Ensure compliance with insurance rules and company policies
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
