Job Description
Role Purpose:
Recruit, train and manage insurance advisors (agents) to sell Life Insurance products and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard Life Advisors in your assigned area.
• Train, motivate and coach agents to improve sales performance.
• Support advisors with field work and sales guidance.
• Help agents meet monthly/quarterly business targets.
• Maintain reporting & activity logs.
Who Can Apply:
• Graduates (any discipline).
• Preferably with sales/insurance/BFSI experience.
• Good communication & local market knowledge.
